Sue is a native of southwestern Virginia where she grew up in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She earned her BA degree in Communications at Virginia Tech and went on to build and expand her skill-set through distinctive professional positions. Sue spent six years in the mortgage industry learning and understanding her clients’ financial situations, needs and expectations. She is known and respected for her knowledge, expertise and commitment to helping her clients achieve their homeownership goals. Her enthusiasm and passion for the real estate industry, along with her impeccable negotiating skills are key components to keeping her clients happy and satisfied throughout the home buying and selling process.

Sue has spent a lot of time working in Loudoun County and the surrounding Northern Virginia and DC area. She is constantly monitoring the main factors that affect the local real estate market including employment statistics, construction costs, government controls and the changes in the mortgage industry.
